We understand if the things you ordered did not work and we are happy to accept returns or exchanges of unused merchandise, in its original condition and with all its original labels.
What is the period of time to be able to make an exchange or return?
The period of time for any return or exchange is 10 days once the purchase is received.
ALMARO, reserves the right to reject returns or exchanges communicated or sent outside the established period or garments that are not in the same condition in which they were sent.
How can I make a return?
Contact us at contact@almaromx.com to help you with the return - you will receive a response within the next 24 hours on business days.
For your convenience, we will send you a prepaid return guide and instructions to your email, the shipping price is deducted from the total of your refund ($10 USD for returns within Mexico and $20 USD for international).
To ensure that your return is processed correctly, please put your merchandise back in its original packaging and safely.
Attach the provided guide to the outside of the box and pick a day and time for the pick up.
Once we receive the package we will process the return.
When will I receive my refund?
You will receive the amount through the same form of payment used in your purchase, in an estimated time of 10-14 business days, depending on your entity
How can I make a change?
Due to the select nature of our merchandise, we regret that we cannot guarantee merchandise availability for exchanges. Contact us at contact@almaromx.com for questions or assistance with an exchange.
Do I have to pay to request an exchange or return?
All changes within Mexico are free and international changes have a shipping cost of $15 USD.
For returns the shipping price is deducted from the total of your refund ($10 USD for returns within Mexico and $20 USD for international).
Do discounted pieces have exchanges or returns?
NO, discounted pieces are FINAL SALE. There is no change and / or refund.
