SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders are shipped under the DDU Delivery Duty Unpaid scheme. This means that your order may be subject to local taxes and / or entry fees outside of Mexico, which are levied by local authorities and laws. The prices of the products are marked exclusively under the regulations and conditions of Mexico. We cannot calculate the exact amount of these taxes and duties that your order will generate since these are calculated directly by the country to which they are sent.



IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Delivery times are provided as a guide only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and warehouse availability. We cannot deliver to post offices.



PAYMENTS

The amount of your purchase order will be charged to your account as soon as your order is completed. If you wish to cancel your order please contact us and if it has not been sent, we will issue a refund order in the same way as the payment used in your purchase, in an estimated time of 10-14 business days, depending on your bank.
